Sausage Tray Bake

Sausage Tray Bake A warming family dinner that saves on the washing up! These are the vegetables and sausages I use with my family but feel free to switch it up to your own preferences by adding other vegetables such as broccoli, asparagus, mushrooms or changing the potato to sweet potato. The possibilities are limitless. This tray bake is very versatile and is my go to easy family meal after a demanding day. Ingredients 6 Sausages (I use the Richmond vegan sausages) 2 Baking potatoes 2 Carrots Handful of cherry tomatoes 1 onion 1 tbsp honey Garlic granules Pinch of salt Pinch of pepper Dried thyme

Drizzle of olive oil (or your oil of choice) Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 190 degrees

  2. Cut up all your vegetables to your preferred size, keeping them all the same so they cook evenly

  3. Place your vegetables onto a baking tray and toss with oil, honey and seasonings

  4. Bake for 30 minutes, turning half way through

  5. Then add your sausages onto the try and cook for a further 20 minutes or until golden
