MEET THE TEAM
Craig Dyer
In the Summer of 2019 I began the process of returning to accountancy by enrolling in the AAT Advance Diploma in Accounting as a refresher before moving onto the AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting. I obtained AAT licence for Bookkeeping (AATQB) in the summer of 2020, and became an AAT Licensed Accountant (MAAT) in January 2022.
I spent 2 years working as an accounts assistants at a small Chartered Accountancy firm before studying at Canterbury Christs Church University. Upon graduation, I trained to become a secondary teacher, and throughout my 15 year career gained promotion to Assistant Head Teacher. Since Summer 2019 I have been running my own small practice, moving to full time in January 2020.
Jessica Groom
Zoey Bidwell
In 2022, I obtained my BSc in Finance and Investment at Birmingham City University with the goal always being, to enter into the Accounting sector. I have since gone from management roles in the hospitality sector, to working in procurement whilst searching for the perfect opportunity to begin my desired career in Accounting.
I have now found that perfect role in C A Dyer Accounts and Bookkeeping, where I will begin my AAT studies. I am extremely excited for this journey to be paired with the help and support of such a great team.
I managed Retail Stores for 10 years and realised i really enjoyed the financial side of things. This led me to move my career towards Accounting in 2022. I am currently studying for my AATQB and I will be continuing my studies with C A Dyer Accounts and Bookkeeping to achieve my MAAT.
I grew up in Cambridgeshire and love being able to support local businesses with their growth and financial journeys.
Ceylon Harty
In 2015 I started my journey as an apprentice, gaining my AAT Level 3 along with some experience. Life soon took me on a different path to an archiving company where I met some amazing friends and my partner. We have been together just over 4 years and now have 2 beautiful children.
Over the next few years I will accomplish AAT Level 4 which will give me my MAAT status. I cannot wait to grow with C A Dyer Accounts & Bookkeeping and see what the future holds for us all.
Caelan Leo-Jacobs
I started my accounting journey in 2024, after working in retail for 5 years I decided to change career and began self-studying for accountancy with the AAT. Having the opportunity to be an apprentice here at C A Dyer Accounts & Bookkeeping has allowed me to gain in-office experience while continuing my studies. This has been invaluable to my development and I feel the team has helped me to grow so much already. Having grown up in Cambridge I’m very passionate about the city and have loved being able to work with local businesses and be a part of the community.
Lily Smith
I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2025 with a degree in Business and Human Resource Management. After finishing my studies, I decided to move back home to Cambridgeshire. This led me to join C A Dyer Accounts & Bookkeeping as an Administration Assistant and PA to Director. I am very happy to part of this supportive team and excited to contribute towards helping the business grow.
