Craig Dyer
Founding Director
In the Summer of 2019 I began the process of returning to accountancy by enrolling in the AAT Advance Diploma in Accounting as a refresher before moving onto the AAT Professional Diploma in Accounting. I obtained AAT licence for Bookkeeping (AATQB) in the summer of 2020, and became an AAT Licensed Accountant (MAAT) in January 2022.
In Spring 2025 I was elected onto the Members Advisory Council for AAT, and in October 25 I was voted to become Vice President and in October 26 became the 46th President AAT.
I spent 2 years working as an accounts assistants at a small Chartered Accountancy firm before studying at Canterbury Christs Church University. Upon graduation, I trained to become a secondary teacher, and throughout my 15 year career gained promotion to Assistant Head Teacher.
Ceylon Harty
Accounting Manager
In 2015 I started my journey as an apprentice, gaining my AAT Level 3 along with some experience. Life soon took me on a different path to an archiving company where I met some amazing friends and my partner. We have been together just over 4 years and now have 2 beautiful children.
Over the next few years I will accomplish AAT Level 4 which will give me my MAAT status. I cannot wait to grow with C A Dyer Accounts & Bookkeeping and see what the future holds for us all.
Elaine Crockett
Accounts Assistant
I started my career as a Data Scientist but realised I wanted more flexibility, work-life balance and a new challenge after becoming a mum. I completed AAT Level 2 when my daughter started school and decided that Bookkeeping and Accounting was where I wanted to take my career next.
I'm currently studying AAT Level 3 whilst working part-time at C A Dyer. It's a really friendly environment and I'm grateful to have the flexibility to work, study and be a mum all at the same time!
Emily Lloyd
Accounting Apprentice
I began my career as a Veterinary Nurse, where I spent eight years working within the veterinary industry. Although I enjoyed my time in the profession, I felt ready for a new challenge and an opportunity to develop my career in a different direction.
With a family background in finance, accounting was an area I had an interest in, so I decided to take the plunge and make a career change. I am now undertaking a Level 3 Accounting Apprenticeship, gaining valuable knowledge and practical experience as I build my new career.
I am really enjoying my role so far and am excited about the opportunities ahead. I look forward to continuing to learn, develop my skills and build a successful and rewarding career in accounting.
Lily Smith
Administration Assistant and PA to the Director
I graduated from Sheffield Hallam University in 2025 with a degree in Business and Human Resource Management. After finishing my studies, I decided to move back home to Cambridgeshire. This led me to join C A Dyer Accounts & Bookkeeping as an Administration Assistant and PA to Director. However my role has also naturally grown to include HR as it is something I am passionate about. I am very happy to be part of this supportive team and excited to contribute towards helping the business grow.
Jasmine Gore
Partner Aquisition Lead
I graduated from Edinburgh University in 2024 and relocated to Cambridge. I'm currently working part-time at C A Dyer, in my role I liaise with potential customers, introduce them to us and our small business values, and hopefully welcome them into a partnership with us. I really appreciate the flexibility of the job and working with a team of lovely people, some of whom I also get to coach at the local triathlon club.
